Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Armour Femme. We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding shipping times, costs, and responsibilities.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide, including to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • United Kingdom: Standard shipping on orders are £2.50.

  • Canada: Standard international shipping is priced at $20 CAD.

  • United States & Europe: Flat-rate shipping fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Rest of the World: Shipping rates will vary and be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note:

  • Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Armour Femme does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the exact cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

  • Armour Femme is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Please make prompt payment of any custom duty fees so delivery can proceed smoothly. Armour Femme cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.

  • Armour Femme is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

Currency Conversion

To ensure fair pricing for our Canadian customers, all prices will automatically display in CAD when you select Canada as your shipping zone. If you are shopping from another country, prices will display in your local currency where applicable.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 2-5 business days

  • Canada & United States: 7-15 business days

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays in customs or postal services beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@armourfemme.ca. While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues. 

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
