Refund policy

Please read carefully

At Armour Femme, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your items upon arrival and let us know immediately if there are any issues with the order—such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item—so that we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless the item is defective or unfit for use. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item was shipped to an EU address, you are entitled to a 14-day period in which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned in the original, unused condition, with tags and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Return Shipping Costs
All clients are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective. We will refund the original shipping cost for returns made within the cooling-off period.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@armourfemme.com.


Wrong or Damaged Item

At Armour Femme, the last thing we want is for you to receive a wrong or damaged product. However, if on a rare occasion you do receive a wrong or damaged item, please write to us at info@armourfemme.ca with a detailed description of the problem, and don’t forget to add quality photos that can help us see the issue clearly. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within a week after the product has been received, and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.  

Gift Cards

As per our return policy, we DO NOT accept returns or issue a refund on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We would be happy to reship the item; however, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we receive a confirmed updated address (if and as applicable).

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
