Welcome to our charm bracelet policy page. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding our charm products and services.

Charm Bracelet Care & Responsibility Policy

All bracelets and charms are quality-checked and securely attached at the time of purchase. Once items have left our possession, Armour Femme is not responsible for any charms that are lost, damaged, or that fall off during wear.

Lost/Fallen Charms: Customers are responsible for replacing any charms that become lost or detached after purchase. Replacement charms must be purchased separately.

Repairs: Re-attachment or adjustments can be carried out upon request for a service fee.

Care Guidelines: To keep your charms in the best condition, please remove your bracelet before sleeping or showering and store it safely when not in use.  Delicate pieces may snag on clothing. Do not pull if this occurs, as damage may result. Customers are responsible for following care instructions; Armour Femme is not liable for wear and tear caused by improper care.
