Welcome to our charm policy page. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding our charm products and services.

Charm Care & Responsibility Policy

All bracelets and charms are quality-checked and securely attached at the time of purchase. Once items have left our possession, Armour Femme is not responsible for any charms that are lost, damaged, or that fall off during wear.

Lost/Fallen Charms: Customers are responsible for replacing any charms that become lost or detached after purchase. Replacement charms must be purchased separately.

Repairs: Re-attachment or adjustments can be carried out upon request for a service fee.

Care Guidelines: To keep your charms safe, we recommend checking them regularly, removing your bracelet before bed or showering, and storing it carefully when not in use. Customers are expected to follow care instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in increased wear and tear, for which Armour Femme accepts no responsibility.
